nvidia tnt2 m64 tv out problem

recently I got a PIII 1000Mhz with a nVIDIA TNT2 M64 and a DVD rom. Unfortunately I haven't been able to connect the output to a spare tv or video. Any suggestions?

Ok,
The answer is that you need to uninstall the video driver in add/remove programs. Shutdown. Then connect the computer to the TV or whatever and restart machine then a picture should come on the screen.
This is strange problem but I know this because I own the same card

I have the same video card but with TV-Out, and my problem started when i tried to connect my video card to my TV with the RCA cable, after that, when I turn on my PC, it just beeps and displays nothing.
