number nine video card ID

i need some help identifying a video card. I know its a number nune but i have no clue which. Its gota riser board on it that connects the apparent SVideo to the card itself...it says number nine on it...but its wierd...it hase like a 24 pin monitor connection or sumthin like that. The only p/n's i got are on the chips and they bring up nothing...at the bottom of the card it has this: PCB#01-868602-00 REV 00 M64 4Mx16/2Mx32 SDRAM AGP DVI-I help please!!! .:bi0phreak:.

Go into MSDOS. Go to the C:\> Prompt Type: DEBUG and hit enter. You will only get a (-)dash below the prompt. After the dash type this: d c000:0040 enter. Better results: Type: d c000:0090 enter.
Type the letter (Q) to exit debug.
Look over on the right at the end of all the numbers. (SOMETIMES) it spells it all out for and sometimes it only gives you a partial on the card.
