Try lifting the keys to find out if there is anything trapped underneath... Give it a clean out while you're under..

And not meaning to sound facetious, but watch where you put your coffee cup!

Is this happening only in some fonts or in all?

This could be due to displacement of the springs in the keys. If you have had the laptop for a while, then the springs may be out of place or the plastic pieces that hold the keys in place may be broken, I had a problem like that with my spacebar, but that was not with a laptop computer.

the font doesn't matter ..i tried different ones and it still skips those letters..sometimes "b,n" work and "g,h " don't sometimes or the other way around...and at times all 4 don't work....

There are no springs in a laptop. They have a
membrane keyboard. If you know what you are
doing take the keyboard apart and clean the
waffers that make up the keyboard.Use windex
and a non lint cloth. If you think this will
be a broblem don't even attempt it.Send it out.
