Norton v5.0 won't load completely

BXCEL 726 PC100 mainboard, Celeron 400, won't finish Norton load, install program locks up, can kill out of it with program Manager, did same thing with BXPRO 748 MB. Any Ideas?

Howdy, Do you have the anti-virus function in the CMOS disabled? If not do so, this could be causing the problem. Also have you tried to contact or goto Nortons web site for a answer? Alot of motherobards come with the anti-virus enabled and make sure you don't have a exsisting anti-virus software enabled and running in the background as well.
