does anyone know how to use norton unerase? iit found deleted files on my hd but when pressing the recover button it always makes a txt file...how can i change this?

I have done a recovery on my compuserve2000 and now i have lost all my email addresses and need to retrieve them back is there any way to get them back ? Please let me know, Thank you Carolyn Massengale
