no windows password at startup

when i start the windows it not ask for password so i am not able to log on to my NT 4.0 server or any system ( network ), but after logoff i can get logon screen for nt server, and i able to logon. And working fine

I checked/changed network properties like primary logon ms network or windows logon but no use.

Dude
go into network neighbourhood properties
select client for Microsoft
hit properties
put a tick in the box that says log on to an NT network
put in the name of the domain
hit ok
reboot
