I'm having trouble playing .wav files,i get an error message "Windows cannot play the sound, your sound card may be in use". I have Win 95 & SB 16. Can anyone please help?

You might check your sound card's driver settings in Control Panel. Click on the System icon, and the tab that says Device Manager. It may tell you if the card is working properly.
