No USERS tool in Control Panel

i dont have this in my control panel and it is not hidden. i think i missed an update that contained this fix. if anyone could tell me what files the users tool consist of maybe i could narrow down my search?

what users tool are you refering to? Are you speaking of the users icon that allows you to input multiple users? Or are you talking about system tools like defrag and scandisk?

I believe the Users icon only appears after you have some kind of networking component installed, or M$ Family logon (please corect me if i'm wrong here).

yes these are the responses i was looking for. i am also missing the family logon. i cant find any updates for this. any solutions to fix this?
