no internet connection..but network

ok I cant connect to the internet (this is one of the other computers on my home network) like the title says but I still am on the network, as I have 3 computers on a home network and 2 of them work fine but one wont connect to the internet (I am on a cable connection), I have tried resetting my IP, reinstalling my network drive and card, redoing winsock, and redoing the whole network. Now the computer that cannot connect to the internet can connect to the other computers as in I can accsess files on that computer from say this computer so it is just really cinfusing me, anyone know what could be the problem...
