I have a dual boot: win98 and win xp.
I connect to the internet with a cable modem in win xp just fine. But can't connect to the internet when I boot into win98.

I tried setting up the internet connection in win98, but it kept asking for the dial-up which I don't use.

Finally got it to connect when I used the cable cd start up and install disk but seems it's not connected since all I get is 'errors' when it connects.

Why is this happening?
