business partner can't add attachments using compuserve webmail.Other isps' webmail fine. Can enter file to be attached but entering does nothing.Add attachment window has yellow triangle with exclamation point in it in the lower left corner.Clicking on it gives this error message. line:514 char:3 error:permission denied url:http//csmail.compuserve.com/ compose.adp Checked with compuserve&dsl provider&they said "not their problem".Behind a router but no software firewall or popup stopper.Looked like vb script error to me so added vb runtime 6.No better.Ran virus scan, adaware, win doctor,IE repair&sfc. No problems reported.Baffled, one day fine next day can't add attachments.

Thanks for the interest.Tried excel files&word documents as these are the ones that are sent 99% of the time in our business.xls&docs used to work just fine.Do you have a clue if the "access denied" in the error message is being generated by something in the computer or externally by compuserves' server?
