About a week ago my computer, upon booting, began displaying this error:
MWave Virtual Device Driver Error MWave Error: VxD005 No DSP board found in system
I have an Acer Aspire. I did not change anything--I have no idea what prompted this problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software for the modem ... to no avail. I installed a different modem ... to no avail. How do I resolve this?
