I am a co-network administrator in an accounting office with about 20 people using MS Excel 97 on Win95. Almost all of my people are receiving this message constantly:
EXCEL caused a general protection fault in module KRNL386.exe at 0001:0000183e.
This message occurs when they are trying to print to a network HP8000. Once the message hits, all MS Office programs are unusable until reboot.
