I am looking for a good News reader program that supports binary and everything else, but that also comes with a few encryption rutines built in, and maybe that even comes with stego built in, preferribly Freeware, if not then shareware is alright.

Don't know if it has ALL the features you want, but Free Agent is what I and many others use.
