hey everyone - whenever I try to install the new MSN Messenger 6.0, it says somthing could not be completed and then it says "Rolling Back Action" and "need product key"... Nobody has been able to help me before, PLEASE HELP ME, I'm missing out on the new MSN Messenger... thanks

I would not think that missing MSN was a problem, but, I think contacting the MSN assistance would be the thing to do.
