Thanks Mesich but still no go.
I get the same error. The MS page refers to a MSIMN error. I renamed the Folders.dbx file and still same error.

Anthony,

Try running SFC (system file checker).

Start>Run then type SFC.

Ensure scan for altered files is selected.

Then Start.

Post Back.

Hello all,
I am at an end. I have tried SFC, re-install, and a half a dozen things from past post. If I only know what UNKNOWN was I think we could lick this. The only thing I havn't tried is changing the Kernel32.dll. Any thoughts? If I totally uninstall OL97 and re-install would that work?

UPDATE- The main problem was a stuck mail message in OUTBOX. Spool whas chewing on it.
, I found the answere. We are on a live network w/T1 web access. when OL starts it is automatic to connect and try to send stuck message. I had to tell it to start offline(use dialup and wait for me to click) than I use this profile w/MSExchange and then I could safely remove the stuck mail message. THen return all setting and use OL again. Weee!!
Later Gators !
PS
Mesich, Rick, Drop me a line sometime....aj
