new CTL modem: no caller ID string???

<< EEEKKKKK!!! I have recently installed a creative labs internal ISA 56K flash/flex modem blaster and it was supposed to be caller id compatable. I have tried three different voicemail programs and get no caller ID. I do have the caller id service here at home. Does you r modem have to be set for bell? I tried to change it and it reverted back to standard. My modem is supposed to be compatable with all of it. I will enclose my ini strings copied from the modem file and see if anyone would please give me a how and where to. I am a newbie in the "strings&commands" world and dont want to fry something. I have spent endless nights up so late reading commands, looking for answers, can anyone help this lady out??? I AM PULLING ALL MY LONG HAIR OUT :0) Thanks for any help.

Summary: di5660 modem blaster has no caller id opition at all to be turned on. if you only view the future of it b4 you buy it. any way it's not to late..read it on www.modemblaster.com ...
