Hi. I have an older system that I formatted to clean up before sending to college with my daughter. Now I cannot boot. The error message is that the system cannot locate the CD-ROM driver. I have heard that there is downloadable software to find the driver. Do you know of it? Or do I have to replace the CD-ROM? Thanks! john_tom@pacbell.net Tom.

So in other words you want us to fix your clients computers while you recieve the credit and payment for fixing them? Here's a better idea. why don't you learn how to fix computers before you come here and palm yourself off as a computer tech. I've seen your past responses to some of these posts and heaven help your clients. You can't even figure out how to tell what type of DVD you have.
