I recently bought a New Nvidia Gforce 2 Video Card to Replace my Voodoo 5 5500. The only problem is when I insert the card into the AGP slot, the computer will not power up. Take the card out and it powers up just fine. Put the old Voodoo 5 AGP back in and it also powers up fine. Is the card dead? Not compatable? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Robert, don't know what type of mobo you have, but try holding down the insert key with the new video card in and when you power on the machine. Sometimes this will work with some mobo's, but sometimes not. It is worth a try though. If it works, go into bios and set proper fsb speed, init agp or pci first option and other stuff you think might need changing.
