Networkl Problems with XBOX 360

Specs: Windows 98
How would someone go about changing their NAT settings on Win98 or enabling UPnP. Some friends can't chat or join games because of one of these things.

I am using a comtrend dsl modem with wireless capabilities, but I'm not using the wireless part. So I'm not sure. I guess I don't fully understand the term "router".

Router basically splits your internet between multiple computers. Each computer is assigned an internal ip adress through dhcp. The reason that you cannot access the xbl network is becuase of your ports not being fowarded.
The following ports must be open for full connection.
TCP 80
UDP 88
UDP 3074
TCP 3074
UDP 53
TCP 53
If you try going onto your computer and typing http://192.168.0.1
or http://192.168.1.1
and if you get a username and password prompt use root and password RM60008
see if you can log into the modem thsi way. btw if non of the ip addresses above worked, go to cmd prompt and type ipconfig and w/e the gateway is, use it.
