Comment: I am trying to connect my Windows NT box to my Windows 98 box. I am trying to do it with network cards and cat 5 with the wires switched. My problem is I can't get them to work. Any Ideas

Reply: You didn't mention a hub. If you're not using a hub, then you cannot use a normal cat5 UTP cable. Instead you have to buy (or make) a crossover cat5 cable.
