Network Printing Laserwriter Window

CPU/Ram: P3 866/ 512mb

I just got a Laserwriter 16/600 PS i want to use on my
network with three computers. 2 macs and a windows 98 pc.
The macs are setup, but how do i setup the printer on the
Windows 98 pc. I have never done network printing before.

computers are plugged into..

Start>Settings>Printers>Add Printer>Network Printer>.....

Follow the prompts from there. You'll have to install the printer drivers on the Win98 PC also.

It has to be marked as 'shared' on the PC that it's connected to.

Do yourself a favor BACKUP!

if the printer has built in network card and IP address, then you have to "add port" - IP, and enter the IP address of the printer.

you mean the mac os and win98 are in the same network and you want to access them u need the pc mclan to share the printer and other resources at the same network
