rest of the message didn't show up... here it is...

After I hit reload the page comes up normal. But when i restart the browser it happens again. I tried clearing the cache to no avail. Can someone help me out. The problem does not occur in internet explorer.

Backup your bookmarks, and remove Netscape, and re-install it. BTW Which version are you using.

I think I'd try creating a new user profile before reinstalling,
I've had that correct problems for me before, make sure your mail,
bookmarks & address are in place before deleting the old profile,
might even leave it in the Recycle Bin a few days just in case you
wanted to go back to the old one
Good luck
