If I remember Netscape correctly, click on the Edit button in the menu bar. Click on prefrences. Ohh man, I forget from here.. Hold on, I am going to install netscape on my computer to help you...

brian.... click on edit then preferences then where it says homepage type in location what ever you want for your default or homepagethen click okay... good luck
