Have the same issue with IE
Have lots and lots of SDRAM,Disk space, Have OSR2.5 This is makingme crazy! Any ideas? Other than buying a new computer or altering my user profile?

Sounds like, if you're getting the same error message with the same Kernel32.dll file that the file my be corrupt. Have you tried deleting & reinstalling it?
