Netscape and Cable Modem, Oh the humanity

Uh, I have noticed that some web pages are not loading correctly in Netscape, not quite the latest version, (it's no picnic trying to download from Netscape's site) since I went with the mighty cable modem one week ago. A few pages that had loaded with dial-up connection now only load partially, not as a stalled connection but as if Netscape had completely finished loading. I looked at the source code on one of the pages and noticed that it didn't end with 'html', rather there was a 'div' ending the source document. So apparently it is loading a 'section' and then thinks it has all the page. Oh my. This is most troubling, with the incomplete page loading and all....Links may be left off, Target pages are sometimes blank, Cataclysmic
catastrophies are running amok...

Thanking you in advance,

A Concerned Citizen. And I mean that, (especially that crack about being concerned and all).

I'm
thinking a two-pronged approach, they will never expect that;
A free internet service for a dial-up and maintain the stalwart
primary connection,
a connection known as none other, than the mighty cable modem.
