Using Netscape Navigator. Have been for a long time. Used to be able to go in to the Address book and arrange the contacts into different folders. Suddenly the extra folders don't appear! If go to a new message box and click in the address box it shows all the addresses and the folders. What do I need to do to get back the ability to see and organize my contacts?

Try here:
Netscape Solutions
and click on "Mail and Address Book", under Netscape 7 column.

:( I looked on that page and it has info about Mozilla. I don't find any Mozilla directories on the computer. I don't know if that is the wrong page or it I need to find out what other version number I may have installed.

Click on Help, then "About Netscape", and it'll tell you.
