netmeeting audio is fast

i need a direction to look..netmeeting 3.01....they can hear me fine but their voice is in fast forward..like "alvin" from the chipmunks but alot faster ...and its chopped up too..like in out in out in out ...bout 1/2 sec intervals...i havent seen any q article on this particular audio prob..any ideas? i guess im looking for anybody that has ever heard of this and what that problem was..ill take any ideas..i know its not the modem..we also did "system file checker" with no bad files....reinstalled sound drivers too..the pc im refering to is not in front of me so i cant answer much...just please ..any idea what can cause this particular audio prob...thanks

make sure theres no space between the top and bottom lines when you paste it ;)

maybe you should have done a google search i typed "netmeeting fast audio" without quotes and found plenty of good information, infact the first page was a tips page about fixing bad audiowith msn !!

but you could always just download msn6 becuase it has text chat voice chat and video chat
