I'm looking into getting a wireless hub/router. Basically, I want to share my cable modem with in my home network, and go wireless with the two laptops.

I currently have my networrk set up as such:
Cable Modem -> USB to PC running 98se ICS -> Nic to hub -> other computers.

This works fine and all, but in order for everyone to get on, especially withthe odd hours he hold, the PC that connects to the cable modem needs to be on all the time.

So I figured I'd get a router to split it, and ditch the ICS. Now that I'mlooking at the routers, I have to admit the wireless feature is worthwile to me.

My question is the Netgear wireless router (model HE102).. is it any good? It lists to be much faster (54mbps compared to the 11 or so of the others), and with a greater range then the linksys (model BEFW11S4) or intel (model 2011B), but in my humble opinion, netgear is cheaper and has a bit lesser reputation.

Anyone have any comments or experiences? Ease of setup and configuration will also count into my decision, but mainly price and quality/reliability.

Thank you in advance for your comments!
