32bit PCI adapter 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet FA311.I recently installed this adapter into my computer.When I do winipcfg- it's not listed- PCP adapter is all it won't show the I.P address either? Can anyone give me some solution to the problem? It would be greatly appreciated. :-)

Are the drivers installed properly? Go to device manager and look under network adapters. See if it's listed; if yes, is there a yellow exclamation on it? If yes, you may have to reinstall the drivers. If it's not even listed, you may have to physically re-install the adapter

Did you try to click on the down arrow in the winipcfg dialog box? Your ethernet adapter will show up there as PCI Bus Master adapter.
