My sister was trying to use our Nero version 5.5.9.13. She's trying to burn this fil. movie but after encoding the video....it always say "MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ RUNTIME LIBRARY" .....Runtime Error!... So what could be the problem? How can I solve this?
