Help !!! I somehow deleted my wordpad.exe program. I need this to open files. Also, my solitaire, free cell games are gone along with my calculator. If someone would be so kind as to send me the download for this program, or link where I can find it, I would most appreciate it. Thank you !!

These are all found on your Windows CD. I would recommend a re-install as it sounds like your machine has some potentially serious issues.

If you have the windows 98 disk, or the cab files you will be able to add this in. either: 1. go to start, settings, control panel, add remove programs, windows setup, then search for wordpad and the games. it will as for the disk, or point it to your cab files.
2. click start run and tpe sfc (enter)choose extract one file and type wordpad.exe
any problems post back

I am not sure whether you have deleted the menu for these programs or the actual programs. Lets say you have deleted the menus. You can find all these program in your windows system file, just scroll down until you see the icons then make a short cut to your menu.
