Need Quick Launch Toolbar

When I try to install my Quick Launch, get error msg:
"Cannot create Toolbar"
The Quick Launch folder is there I just cannot launch it.

Right click on your task bar. Then go to toolbars, then to quick lauch and click on it. This should bring up your quick launch toolbar. It is always there. The other way to access it is: C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch. From here you can add what you want but you will still need to do the other proceedure to get it to be visible.

Right click on your task bar. Then go to toolbars, then to quick lauch and click on it. This should bring up your quick launch toolbar. It is always there. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ That is when I got the error, when I did the above.
But I have my Win98 ghosted on the F: partition. So I just reloaded it. Don't know what caused the error. But now I don't care. Just one of those M$ goodies!
