Need the MOTVCD.VXD file in order to have a smooth Windows 95 loading. When I am starting Windows 95 it stops and asks for this file. The file is missing, but if I hit any key it will continue loading.Please Help!

i have a problem, i want to install a cd writer but when the ms dos mode is starting it says something of a motvcd.vxd file is blocking the installation but if i delete this file i think that i cannot use the internet, so could you explain me what can i do?
