Is this it? The description starting diskettes is pretty generic.

Where To Find IBM PS/2 Reference Disks
Where To Find IBM PS/2 Reference Disks IBM PS/1 and PS/2 systems are provided with a "reminder" diskette that prompts the user when it is time to change the battery. Setup information must be reloaded with IBM's proprietary Reference Disk set.
