need help with font problem

in some windows like the button to sign in in msn messenger I see only square instead of regular font. Yesterday I install some 600 fonts for business purpose What can I do to have the correct font on those button. Same thing happen with my sign in window for internet.

Right click on the desktop. Choose Properties, choose the Appearance tab. Click on the "Message Text" inside the Message Box. In the drop down boxes below go to the Font box. Try changing it there.

I did it but it is not working. You know the box of the msn messenger it is saying : click below to sign in and then you have the box with sign in .net only the sign in is all square instead of letter.
