need help w/Content Advisor password

My client inherited a corporate computer, (previously networked) and can't access the Internet because IE gives a "Content Advisor" error - requires a Supervisor password for web page access (ANY web page). Any ideas on how to wipe out or find the password, short of reformating the drive? Thanks!
