I have a supermicro p6DBE motherboard. I try to overclock it by changing the multiplier(the cpu bus ratio), but it didn't work. It runs at the same speed. Now, I am trying to change the bus speed. Currently, the speed is 4.5 x 100mhz, but I want to change 4.5 x higher bus speed(112, or higher). There are only 3-pins on my motherboard. 1-2 is auto(66mhz or 100mhz)
2-3 is 66mhz and off(meaning no jumpers)is 100mhz. I looked up some overclocking sites that said my motherboard could change to a higher bus speed, but i dont know how. could anyone help me? thanks,
