Maria,
The are located on your Windows disk. The files are located on both Win98 and Win98SE in the BASE5.cab file.
If you have the Win98 CD go to Start>Run and type SFC and Enter.
Select the extract single file. Type the file you want in which file box with the extention. i.e. usbd.sys Select Start. In the Restore From browse to the Win98 CD. Select Ok. Then do the same for the other files.
