need enable.vxd

I need enable.vxd - I have the Win98_53.cab but do not know how to extract the file. I can only run my system from the bootdisk -msdos

The command structure is like this:

extract d:\win98\win98_53.cab enable.vxd /l c:\cccc

All on one line, where d is the letter for your CD drive and c:\cccc is the full path name to the place you want to put the file. The /l is lower case L (not 1).
