Need enable.vxd to start my computer

I havegot a big problem, because i can't restart my other PC. When he starts Windows 98 he'll have the file enable.vxd.
If you have this file. Can you send it to me.

masalah yang saya hadapi ialah, semasa saya start pc, sistem akan meminta fail enable.vxd dan untuk meneruskan windows, saya terpaksa menekan kekunci .
Semoga pihak tuan dapat mengirimkan fail tersebut ke E-mail saya seperti diatas.

Don't know what I did except install a new program. The the computer gave error message "missing enable.vxd. Where did it go?
