the drivers should have been included with the scanner. have you tried the vendors website or call visioneer: http://support.visioneer.com/customer

I have the Visioneer 5300 USB scanner
ands the driver that came with the scanner
requires Windows 98, but when installing the driver, it does not recognize that Windows 98 is installed on my computer. Went to Visioneer web page for a driver but they just say to use the one that comes with scanner. Does any one have any advise as to what to do besides try to call to the tech support that never answers?

The guy at a computer store that programed the Paperport 5300 Software on my computer lost my disc. I just bought a new computer and i need to reprogram it into my new system. He says I can download it directly from this site. But I don't know how. Can you help me? Thankyou Scot Berkeley

I having the same problem you all are having. Can not install this 98 driver to connect the scanner need help.
Question, Can this scanner be used on win 95 with the a 95 driver if available. If so please let me know. Thanks

I recently restored the files of my system and do not have the software that was purchased with myscanner. I purchased the scanner in Syrmna, Ga at the COMPUSA in June, 1999. I have model # FB31DD One touch
SN 917 ---- 300 x 600 DPI ..36 BIT COLOR.

I'm also in need of Visioneer drivers for my 6100USB. Also lost the software in a move. Seems outrageous that Visioneer wants me to pay $10 plus s/h. Anybody willing to share? Thanks.

I too need the TWAIN drivers for a fine scanner (Until you lose the software disk) I purchased from Visioneer (One Touch) but unfortunately they don't provide them on their website like everybody else. I think they should be boycotted for this non-standard practice. I will not buy another Visioneer. Can anyone share??
