Couldn't find it on my 98SE cd, but I did find it in a package here;

No I don't think so. The restoration utility is an exe file that is already unpacked. In win2000 the files works, but in win98se I get the error. I have the dll already. I need to know where to place it. Tried Windows/system and the program still gives the error.
