melissak, The file you downloaded was an .exe file which must be installed. Just double click the file you downloaded and it will install the necessary file(s). You do not open it but you must double click it.

I have a similar problem, i think! a small box keeps popping up that says- "the OSSPROXY.exe file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:ls debugger present"

What can i do to fix this? i have win95. i know i need an upgrade, but can't afford it right now!
Thanks!

Here's some info on that OSSPROXY.exe file.

OSSProxy OSSPROXY.exe Part of Nettsetter - a "market research" program intended to track your Internet usage and buying habits. To remove click on Start -> Run and enter "%WinDir%\SYSTEM\NSCheck.exe /uninstall" (where %windir% is the Windows directory - C:\Windows or C:\Winnt) followed by enter - this removes all registry entries and a box appears saying "uninstall successful. Find and delete the files nscheck.exe, ossproxy.exe.rvt & ossproxy.exe

More info at the links/threads at the Search Link below.

mac, It looks like that page was recently updated and the link for the download was removed. Go to the link below and download the upgrade the version of Visual Basic from the link provided. After you download it just double click on the .exe to install it. This should solve your CWShredder problem.

Msvbvm60.dll, Was Not Found
