If you have your windows 95 cd rom you have your own defrag.exe. Put your cd rom in drive. Now go to control panel/add remove programs/windows setup. Find system (or system tools). Can't remember which it is on 95. In here you will have 3 choices. Backup/defrag/scandisk. Click on defrag/ok. Now let windows install your defrag.exe.
