I don't quite follow? But you can look it up in the find section or going to my computer, clicking on C: and going to programs and looking up the names of all of them there. Your clock and date is called DATE&TIME if you right click with your mouse as icon points at time you can click on adjust time and date and go to that area and do so. You can also get to it by going to start, settings, control panel and you will see it in there. The date and time portion do not adjust anything in windows. You have a battery on your Motherboard and when it starts to go bad 3-5years the time will start to slow down, then it will have to be replaced. Jerri, you have a little speaker icon on the system tray, double click it and you can put the volume to mute or whatever on every device.

Ctrl+Alt+Delete will bring up the task list with all currently running tasks shown.

MSINFO32 will show ALL running programs in the system info/software environment/running tasks list.

Start/Settings/Control Panel,
Date/Time applet is used to adjust clock and calender.

Souond cards use brand specific controls, Right click the desktop short cut , then choose properties to find the name and location of the sound card's programs. Associated help files will usually explain the use of that brand's options.
