Insert Emergency Start-up Disk into 3.5 Floppy Drive.
Restart Computer.
At the A: prompt.
Type: format C: ....say Y(es) to all questions.
That should do it !

Bootcelerator 1.0 for Win9x (24 kb)
Updated: Dec 22, 2000
Homepage
Author: Raymond M. Espinola
Description: Bootcelerator will help you to tweak your system to decrease your boot time and system's start-up. The software will give you the option if you want to disable the Start-up Logo, Scandisk auto-run feature that slows down the booting process. By default Windows will start under 3 minutes even if you are using the latest processor. Use this software if you want to start your Windows within 30 seconds or less.

I have not tried it and I have asked others of their review but recieved no comments.
