My MSN is missing an exe. file?

This morning when i started my computer up, there was a message saying MSNMSGR.exe is linked to missing export OLEAUT32.DLL:176 and it wouldn't let me open MSN again. This has happened before and i just resorted reformatting. But i'd like to fix this, any ideas?
