Aida32 is just an earlier version of Everest and is perfectly adequate. It will give a stack of info about your hardware, so you'll have to click around it a bit to find out what you want to know.
Note that this (and Everest) tell you what hardware is actually installed, rather than make assumptions about drivers etc that might happen to be the wrong ones.

Either one of them *should* work. Aida32/Everest will provide more info on all your hardware...CPUZ is more focused on the CPU & it's settings, the motherboard, & the RAM
