it does not work when you click on it..if i right click it i get properties and it works and i can get to "my computer" thur window explorer..there is a folder icon in it with no name that don't do nothing and willnot delete..all other folders are ok ...win95b thanks

first restart you computer. (the folder icon is in where? in "my computer") if the situation still there then run your antivirus program to check for virus, and see if you can delete the folder.
or you can go in safe mode windows and try to get rid of the folder... push f8 on start up
